- Direct all corporate publicity for media, employees, union groups, partners and investors for multiple ExpressJet brands.
- Review all solicitations and proposals requesting PR support and manage all interview and appearance requests.
- Develop and execute media plans and logistics for selected opportunities, including events featuring high-profile celebrities.
- Lead the corporate responsibility program movement, including social and environmental positioning.
- Manage ExpressJet brand messaging for media through wire, reporter and trade relationships and internally via multi-media relationships, including a daily blog, employee newsletter and the Chief Executive Officer’s bi-weekly voice mail.
- Serve as “on call” corporate spokesperson or the “one voice” of the company for all audiences on a daily basis.
- Institute a media monitoring program to ensure achievement of measurable results and correction of inaccuracies.
